              Envío pésimo

              Llevo 18 días esperando que llegó el collar. No ha llegado para un regalo de cumpleaños, y no va a llegar para navidad. La empresa que se encarga del envío pone en la web que ya ha sido entregado, y ni ellos ni el vendedor me dan una respuesta de a quien se le ha entregado ni que ha ocurrido con el envío..

              Great product but bad delivery

              My girlfriend is very happy with the necklace, it's cute and manufacturing quality is good. But the delivery was not as satisfying. It's been delivered by Asendia, whose tracking website isn't working properly. By that I mean the website itself isn't displayed correctly and the delivery steps are not updated reliably/at all. So I never knew if the parcel is gonna arrive on time or at all. In the end it did, so it's fine but could definitely be improved.
